**What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities**
- Compile financial information to prepare journal entries within the general ledgers and the job cost sub-ledgers for international entities.
- Complete month-end close according to the timeline established in coordination with the corporate team and other corporate departments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly analysis of financial statements in coordination with corporate team.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy of financial information across all entities.
- Assist with preparation of schedules for quarterly external audit review and the year
- end audit.
- Prepare quarterly and annual schedules for our internal Tax department.
- Prepare reconciliations of US GAAP to local statutory accounts.in coordination with the local and corporate tax team.
- Coordinate and track payments to vendors and analysis of pending in capital projects.
- Track capital projects and analyze cost breakdown.
- Process and analyze fixed assets on a monthly basis.
- Accurate processing of invoices and receipts for customers and vendors.
- On a monthly basis, analyze job cost transactions and account balances providing explanations of variances.
- Assist with the review and analysis of the financial statements for the International Tower Leasing Division.
- Assist with Sarbanes Oxley documentation and testing requirements (including process walk-throughs for external and internal auditors).
- Interface effectively with our Services, Tower Leasing team, and upper management to address and resolve issues.
- Active participation in the design and implementation of continuous improvement in accounting and reporting processes to drive efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all SBA's policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned internal training classes for personal development annually.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.

**What You'll Need - Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bilingual in English/Filipino required
- Bachelor's Degree BA/BS in Accounting;
- and 3-5 years accounting experience.
International accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with Great Plains, Job Costing and Hyperion Financial Management or comparable software preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
- Domestic Travel 20% of the time
- Valid Government Issued Driver's License
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
