Per Month: PERAPer Annum: Clothing Allowance, PEI, Christmas Cash Gift, 13th and 14th month
Can assist the Chief Administrative Officer in providing funds estimates, subject to budgetary ceilings, in support of the Commission's operations, plans and programs; Can assist in planning and preparing realignment of expenditures with the appropriation reserves and quarterly allotment by program, activity and project; Must have extensive knowledge and experience in preparing and executing budgetary process and accountability such as: requests for obligations, fiscal agency requests, quarterly reports of performance output and its financial cost; Must have extensive knowledge and experience in preparing annual financial and work plans; Must have familiarity with Department of Budget and Management (DBM) rules and regulations; Have good interpersonal skills, and good written and oral communication skills; and Have good command of MS Office and web-based applications.
