:Coordinate with all entities and functions to ensure timely and accurate closing on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Ensure timely delivery of General accounting and reporting (ie. Journal posting, Payroll Journal, Inventory E&O and etc.). Monitor bank administration activities and support corporate treasury services. Review bank reconciliation and resolve reconciling items. Responsible for inter-company and related company's transactions and balances and resolve reconciling items. Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the superior or Management from time to time.Job Requirements:At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of working experience in finance related role. Shared service environment experience will be advantageous. Possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP C11 and Oracle will be advantageous.
