Accountant - Food And Beverage Retail

Hello, good day!  We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant experienced in Food and Retail Industry to take charge of financial operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have a strong background in handling Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bookkeeping, and Monthly Reporting, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities: Manage weekly Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments to vendors. Oversee payroll functions, including processing employee salaries, deductions, and taxes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through diligent bookkeeping practices. Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles within the Food and Beverage Retail industry. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com and MS Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST
Rate: 600USD - 700USD per month for a start!
