to compute and prepare the employees' payroll of Asian Mergers and Acquisition Links Inc.
- to compute and prepare the employees' SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF contributions (government statutory requirements) of Asian Mergers and Acquisition Links Inc.
- to prepare the Financial Statements of Asian Mergers & Acquisition Links Inc.
- to prepare and assist in the submission of BIR requirements for both Asian Mergers and Acquisition Links Inc.
- to engage on the mergers and acquisition tasks which may include but may not be limited to company valuation, conducting of due diligence among others;
- to protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential;
- to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; and
- to enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
**Salary**: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
