What you'll do: Accounts Payable/Receivable management Daily reconciliation and data entry Processing monthly payment runs Prepare Group GST returns Prepare annual OPEX washup & budget Quarterly OPEX budget reporting Prepare monthly reports for clients Providing general ad-hoc administration as required Successful candidates should have: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry. Property accounting experience (preferable) Well-organized and disciplined Attention to detail A basic understanding of Xero Intermediate spreadsheet skills Excellent communication skills written and verbal Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting Willingness to work-onsite arrangement (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)#J-18808-Ljbffr
