Accountant Assistant

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related coursePreferably with at least two (3) years of experience working in a position in AccountingPossesses good organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good communication in both oral and written Responsibilities: Recording/posting of transactions in the Sales Book and Cash Receipts BookPreparation of bank reconciliation and preparation of adjustmentsPreparation and recording of Journal Vouchers for expense liquidations and other adjustmentsAssist in the preparation of subsidiary ledgers, lapsing schedules, variance report analysis, and other reports that may be requiredAssist in check preparation, invoicing, follow-up of collection, and in other accounting and admin tasks as required
