Accountant / Accounting Staff

* Record all financial transactions using accounting system Quickbooks and also by means of manual entries in the books of accounts.
* Prepare BIR requirements such as VAT returns, witholding tax returns, corporate income tax returns and other BIR forms and requirements.
* Prepare/Review payroll for the assigned companies
* Prepare government agencies' (SSS, PHIC & Pagibig) reports and payments.
* Prepare financial statements (Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Income, Statement of Changes in Equity and Statement of Cash Flows) of the assigned companies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Auditing or equivalent.
* Accountancy graduate, CPA is an advantage.
* Minimum of at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (accounting/auditing).
* Preferably one to four(1-4) years experienced employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Proficient in Quickbooks system and MSO ffice application such as MSWord and Excel.
* Knowledgeable in PhilippineTaxation.
* Required language(s): English,Filipino
* Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City
* Can start immediately (ASAP)
* Preferably Female, 23-35 years old
