Accountant/Accounting Assistant

ey Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions: Record and process daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.
General Ledger: Assist in maintaining the general ledger and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and assist with financial statements and budgeting.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Support: Provide support to senior accountants and assist with various accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in accounting or a related role is preferred. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is advantageous.
Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
