Job Description:
BeamAndGo is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with account management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the account support team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Driven and resilient personality traits
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Innovative problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
