Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking a passionate and reliable Account Support Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting with account management tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with account setup and troubleshooting
- Provide guidance on using our platform and services
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients
- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of client records
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Persuasive and able to build strong relationships with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
