Job Description:
Altitude Games is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Account Support Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and providing training on our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Analyze account data and provide insights to improve client performance
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Assist in resolving any account-related issues or disputes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in account management or customer support
- Strong problem-solving and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
