Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department and assisting with various financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and passionate attitude towards their work.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports for management
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
- Provide support for audits and compliance activities
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
