Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and independent **Account Support Specialist** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients in their telecommunications needs. #### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication. Address inquiries, support requests, and service issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

- **Account Management:** Monitor customer accounts and service performance, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through regular updates, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.

- **Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify and resolve client issues by analyzing service performance, documenting problems, and collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions efficiently.

- **Sales Support:** Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and products to existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending solutions.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and project status, providing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and account growth.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, technical support, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and engage in joint problem-solving activities when required.

- **Training Support:** Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the services provided and how to maximize their value.

#### **Requirements**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a support role within the telecommunications or technology sector.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:** Highly motivated, independent, and proactive in seeking solutions and improvements.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and make informed choices.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of managing complexities in customer relationships while driving favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
