**Overview:**
Saphron is seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manila. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in account management or customer support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent research skills, and demonstrate a commitment to innovation in addressing client needs. As a part-time role, you will be expected to provide exceptional support to our clients while cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and issues.
- Keep clients informed about their account status and updates.

2. **Account Management:**
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the account management team to support account-related tasks and projects.
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

3. **Research and Data Analysis:**
- Conduct research on client needs, industry trends, and competitors to provide relevant insights.
- Analyze data trends from client interactions and provide reports to the account management team.
- Develop and propose innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

4. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain organized records of client communications and updates in the company's CRM system.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Help coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients as needed.

5. **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance the service delivery experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and client satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by assisting colleagues when necessary.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program is a plus.

- **Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to innovate and suggest improvements.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a benefit, but not required.
