**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Support Specialist to join our team. This entry-level part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to build a career in account management. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will be vital in creating positive and lasting relationships with our clientele.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about Zennya's services.
- Maintain clear and concise communication via email, phone, and other communication platforms.
- Follow up with clients after services are rendered to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

2. **Account Management Support:**
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of client accounts, including entering and updating information in our client management system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met promptly.
- Support account managers in day-to-day operations, scheduling meetings and organizing client-related documents.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify and troubleshoot client issues, escalating them to relevant departments when necessary.
- Provide timely resolutions to client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. **Project Management:**
- Assist in managing small-scale projects related to client accounts, ensuring milestones are met within deadlines.
- Track project progress, document outcomes, and prepare reports for team meetings.

5. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in a systematic manner.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the Account Management team.

**Requirements:**

1. **Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
- No prior experience is required, as this is an entry-level position.

2. **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enhancing client relationships.
- Independent and proactive in identifying tasks and completing them with minimal supervision.

3. **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

4. **Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and willingness to learn new software as needed.
- Basic understanding of client management systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
