Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Account Support Specialist to join our team at DMCI in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our services and addressing any questions or concerns
- Manage client accounts, including billing, invoicing, and contract renewals
- Analyze client data and provide insights to help improve their experience and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant support to clients

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Strong people management skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
