Jollibee Foods Corporation, one of the largest and fastest-growing quick-service restaurant chains in the world, is seeking a dedicated and passionate **Account Support Specialist** to join our dynamic team in Caloocan. In this part-time role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining optimal operations through effective support to our account management team. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers and assist in driving engagement and operational success within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Provide exceptional support to our clients by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Aim to resolve issues promptly and efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Account Management Assistance:** Collaborate with account managers to prepare reports, update account records, and monitor account status. Assist in identifying client needs and developing tailored solutions.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within CRM systems. Regularly update information with relevant insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
- **Collaboration & Communication:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to support account-related initiatives and campaigns. Exhibit strong teamwork skills to foster a collaborative environment.
- **Problem-Solving:** Quickly address client concerns and inquiries, utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills. Raise complex issues to senior account specialists while proactively seeking resolutions.
- **Planning & Coordination:** Assist in coordinating meetings with clients, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups on account-related projects.
- **Feedback & Improvement:** Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for service improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives initiated by the account management team.
- **Market Awareness:** Stay updated on market trends and competitive insights to provide valuable input to the account management team.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years experience in account support, customer service, or a related field within a corporate environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and any other relevant tools. Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
