Petron Corporation is seeking a dedicated and passionate Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This part-time remote position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess a strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach toward problem-solving. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability and a passion for providing exceptional service while effectively managing client relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to address account inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, offering personalized assistance and building strong client relationships.
- Monitor and manage account activity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand product offerings and resources available to them.
- Analyze client needs and proactively recommend solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction with our services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding account updates, product offerings, and potential upsell opportunities.
- Innovate processes and workflows to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Document interactions with clients and maintain updated records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist in the gathering and reporting of customer feedback to improve service offerings and identify trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of client-related issues and resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the client experience.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in account management, customer support, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engagingly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking and managing client interactions.
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant presentation software.
- A strong passion for delivering outstanding client service and an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Adaptable and open-minded approach to work, confident in the face of change and ambiguity.
