Job Description:
Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is reliable and resilient, with strong emotional intelligence and people management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the account management team in maintaining client relationships
- Assist with client inquiries and issue resolution
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account support or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
