Petron Corporation, a leading player in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Support Representative. This entry-level part-time position is ideal for those looking to enhance their professional skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall success of our operations. As a member of our customer support team, you will be crucial in maintaining client relationships, supporting account management, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Assistance:**
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries from clients through various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
- Assist clients with account-related queries, transactions, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

2. **Account Management:**
- Support the Account Managers in daily operations, including processing account changes, renewals, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, including updates to account details and contact information in our database.

3. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

4. **Project Support:**
- Assist in the coordination and execution of various departmental projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Help track project progress and report updates to team leaders as needed.

5. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues promptly, ensuring that clients' concerns are addressed effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and improve overall service quality.

6. **Research and Analysis:**
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for insights to improve service offerings and client engagement strategies.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, trends, and areas for improvement to support decision-making initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or account management roles.
- **Skills:**
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages may be an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
