### Job Description

PearlPay is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Account Support Representative** to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As an Account Support Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with a focus on enhancing their overall experience with PearlPay. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, providing exceptional support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is driven to achieve impactful results.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Engagement:** Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

- **Issue Resolution:** Handle customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues by researching and analyzing information. Work diligently to meet and exceed customer expectations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- **Account Management:** Monitor client accounts to ensure proper usage and functionality of services. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, transactions, and changes to account information. Use CRM tools to document customer inquiries and track resolution progress.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs and drive service improvements.

- **Training and Development:** Assist in training new team members and share best practices to promote a knowledge-sharing culture among peers.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and monitor specified performance metrics and KPIs related to customer engagement, issue resolution, and account maintenance.

### Required Qualifications

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in an account support or customer service role, preferably in a financial technology or payment processing environment.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software. Experience with financial technology applications is a plus.
