**Job Description:**

LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As an entry-level position, this part-time role is designed for individuals who are eager to start their careers and contribute to the success of our company. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional support throughout their engagement with our services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues related to accounts and services.

- **Account Management:** Assist clients in the setup and management of their accounts, ensuring they have a clear understanding of all features and benefits.

- **Data Entry & Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate client records in our database, including account information, interactions, and transaction histories.

- **Issue Resolution:** Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction is achieved.

- **Documentation:** Prepare and provide necessary documentation related to client accounts, such as invoices, shipping documents, and service agreements.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback to understand their needs and improve service offerings, reporting insights to management.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on LBC's services, offers, and promotional events to effectively assist clients and promote new initiatives.

- **Sales Support:** Assist in upselling services and features to existing clients as opportunities arise while maintaining a consultative approach.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and adherence to company goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A high school diploma is required; a degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** No prior experience is necessary. We welcome fresh graduates and individuals looking to start their careers in customer service.
