Account Support Representative

Job Description:

BeautyMNL is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, reliable, has strong emotional intelligence, and is creative in problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their accounts
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude
- Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers
- Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box
