**Job Description:**

Storm Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Makati, NCR. As an Account Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' needs are met and exceeded. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and will actively support our account management team in delivering top-notch service. Our ideal candidate is confident, dedicated, and possesses the adaptability necessary to navigate a fast-paced and evolving environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

2. **Account Management Support:**
- Assist account managers with day-to-day account management activities, including onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Monitor account statuses and performance, proactively identifying any issues or areas for improvement.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Address and resolve client concerns effectively, utilizing strong decision-making skills to propose solutions and facilitate swift resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, follow-ups, and solutions provided to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
- Prepare client status reports and provide insights to the account management team on clients' feedback and needs.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment and holistic client service.
- Engage in regular training and development opportunities and collaborate with peers to foster professional growth.

6. **Client Education:**
- Educate clients about our services, tools, and best practices to ensure they maximize the value derived from our offerings.
- Keep clients informed about updates, new products, and changes in policies.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or account support roles.
- Confident and dedicated personality, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong adaptability to changing circumstances and client needs.
- Exceptional decision-making skills that allow for quick and effective resolutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software; experience with data entry and management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
