**Overview:**
As an Account Support Representative at Insider, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing their needs, and providing solutions that lead to increased client retention and satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, responding to inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are met and to discuss any concerns or suggestions for improvement.

2. **Account Management:**
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for clients, highlighting successes and areas for further engagement.
- Assist clients in understanding product features and functionalities, guiding them on best practices to achieve desired outcomes.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify potential issues within client accounts and work collaboratively across departments to develop effective solutions.
- Resolve client complaints and concerns with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a positive client experience.

4. **Collaboration and Leadership:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical support teams to facilitate seamless communication regarding client accounts.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client trends and insights, contributing to broader strategic planning.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present account reviews to clients, showcasing value delivered and recommending future actions to optimize their experience.

6. **Negotiation:**
- Engage in discussions and negotiations with clients concerning contract renewals, pricing, and service adjustments, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Effectively advocate for client needs while balancing organizational goals.

7. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments relevant to client accounts, enhancing your ability to provide informed recommendations and support.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in account management.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in account management, customer support, or a related field.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines preferred.
- **Skills:**
- Proven ability to lead and inspire client interactions by demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client engagement and internal collaboration.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful and proactive; ability to think critically and adapt to evolving situations.
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and general office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
