Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team at Hilton. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist account managers in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, invoices, and other account-related documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Driven and adaptable personality traits
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities and deadlines
