**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify and analyze client issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been resolved and their needs met.
- **Client Relationship Building:**
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and anticipating their needs.
- Engage in regular check-ins with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction with services provided.
- **Feedback and Reporting:**
- Collect client feedback and insights, facilitating communication with relevant departments to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare and submit reports on client interactions, feedback, and any emerging issues.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to share knowledge and improve service offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes and service protocols.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
- **Experience:**
- No prior experience is necessary; however, any experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
