Job Description:
Avion School is seeking a motivated and independent Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general account management
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition
- Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account activity
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product updates and new features
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Independent and motivated self-starter
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
