Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance for the right candidate. As an Entry Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and providing support to the finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Adaptable and reliable personality traits
- Strong time management and leadership skills
