Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team at Qwikwire. As an Associate level role, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to our clients. This part-time position is based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines.

Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any queries or concerns.2. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.3. Assist in processing payments and reconciling accounts.4. Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve service and streamline processes.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.6. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.7. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support.8. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.- Confident and resilient personality traits are essential.- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
