Peddlr is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering valuable relationships with our clients while supporting the overall goals of the company. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our account management processes are streamlined and effective, ensuring clients receive unparalleled service in line with our company values.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives thoroughly to deliver tailored solutions and services that drive customer satisfaction.

- **Account Coordination:**
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to account management.
- Assist in the renewal process for contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Proactively identify issues affecting client satisfaction and work with relevant teams to devise effective solutions.
- Handle inquiries and escalations from clients promptly and professionally to minimize disruption of services.

- **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare regular reports regarding account activity, client feedback, and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and products.

- **Documentation and Administration:**
- Maintain accurate records of communications with clients, documenting all aspects of interactions within the CRM system.
- Support the team in administrative tasks related to account management, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge concerning industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements within the account management function, fostering innovation and operational efficiency.

### **Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Professional Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or customer support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Motivated and resilient individual who can thrive in challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude.
- A proactive professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities and is driven by a desire to exceed expectations.

- **Soft Skills:**
