**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of communication skills and critical thinking capabilities, ensuring that client accounts are managed effectively and that our customers receive unparalleled support. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Account Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Maintain and update client accounts in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data policies.
- **Communication:** Interact with clients via email, phone, and chat to provide updates on order status, product details, and service changes, effectively handling all communication with professionalism and clarity.
- **Problem Solving:** Utilize critical thinking skills to identify root causes of issues and develop resourceful solutions, escalating complex problems to relevant departments as necessary.
- **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare regular reports to summarize account performance and client feedback, using insights to inform strategies for enhancing client relationships and improving services.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery of services that meet client expectations.
- **Training and Development:** Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide clients with the best recommendations and service experiences.
- **Customer Feedback:** Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable changes based on insights.
- **Other Duties:** Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support departmental goals.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years in customer support, account management, or a related role in the e-commerce industry.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address inquiries with resourcefulness and creativity.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
