Account Support Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Hilton. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Develop and implement strategies to increase account retention and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Analyze account data and provide insights to drive business decisions
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 6+ years of experience in account management or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Adaptable and driven personality
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
