Account Support Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate-level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of client accounts.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.2. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.3. Assist clients with any account-related inquiries or issues.4. Analyze client account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Present data and analysis to clients in a clear and concise manner.6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.7. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.9. Assist in the creation of training materials and resources for clients.10. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support or account management role.2. Resilient and confident personality traits.3. Strong presentation and analysis skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
