**Job Description:**

Kumu, a leading company in the livestreaming and online community space, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position that offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients while supporting their needs and promoting our suite of services. The ideal candidate should possess resilience, resourcefulness, strong negotiation skills, and outstanding presentation capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

2. **Account Coordination and Support:**
- Monitor account performance and metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide guidance and support in the implementation of Kumu's products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client objectives.

3. **Negotiation and Presentation:**
- Lead negotiation processes for contract renewals and account growth, ensuring favorable terms for both Kumu and the clients.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase product features, benefits, and success stories to clients and stakeholders.

4. **Feedback and Continuous Improvement:**
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements, fostering innovation and meeting market demands.
- Analyze client satisfaction data to develop strategies for improvement and to suggest new service offerings.

5. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback for the management team.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Support clients by delivering training sessions, onboarding processes, and informative resources to ensure they maximize the use of Kumu's offerings.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or support roles, preferably within a technology or digital marketing environment.
- Demonstrated track record of success in managing client accounts and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a resilient and resourceful mindset to tackle challenges efficiently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively in Filipino is an advantage.
