### Job Description

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Cebu. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in an innovative environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service while managing and supporting our key accounts. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of project management and planning, as well as the ability to foster relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

### Key Responsibilities

1. **Account Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor client accounts, address any concerns, and proactively provide solutions and recommendations.

2. **Project Management:**
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects for clients, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.
- Create, manage, and optimize project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in line with client goals and expectations.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project progress and report outcomes to clients.

3. **Strategic Planning:**
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Analyze account needs and business trends to help develop tailored strategies and solutions for clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.

4. **Communication:**
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss account performance, project updates, and client feedback.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

5. **Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, account status, and project progress.
- Provide detailed documentation of project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, client services, or project management, preferably in the ICT industry or a related field.

**Skills & Competencies:**
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
