Job Description:
Cloudstaff is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals
- Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies to optimize their use of Cloudstaff services
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related role
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
- Energetic and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
