SariSuki is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Support Manager. As a part-time position located in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

The Account Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, dedicated, and possess strong planning and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist in the development of account strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services- Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, sales trends, and revenue forecasts- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and requests- Provide support during the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or sales- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
