### Responsibilities:

As an Account Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. **Client Interaction**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

2. **Account Management**:
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including setting up accounts and providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

3. **Issue Resolution**:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client problems with a customer-centric focus, ensuring that issues are reported, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with different departments to coordinate responses to complex inquiries or problems effectively.

4. **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including client interactions and resolution strategies, to improve internal processes and training materials.
- Compile reports on client feedback and support trends to help drive improvements in service quality.

5. **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about Fetch Valet's products and services, ensuring a thorough understanding to better assist clients.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills related to our offerings.

6. **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the account management team and other departments to provide seamless service delivery.
- Share insights and feedback regarding clients' needs to help shape future service strategies.

### Requirements:

**Education & Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we are open to fresh graduates and individuals with no direct experience.

**Technical Skills**:
- Basic proficiency in using computers, software applications, and CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Comfortable navigating various digital communication platforms.
