### Job Description

As an Account Support Associate at Globe Telecom, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while still contributing to our mission of providing exceptional telecommunications services to our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support account management and assist in resolving customer queries effectively.

### Key Responsibilities

1. **Customer Account Management**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing support and guidance throughout the account lifecycle.
- Proactively manage client expectations and ensure all concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

2. **Issue Resolution**
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by customers, utilizing available resources and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate timely resolutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and to validate their satisfaction with services provided.

3. **Research and Analysis**
- Conduct research to identify trends in account activity and customer behavior.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams based on collected data and insights.
- Provide recommendations for account improvement and upselling opportunities based on research findings.

4. **Communication and Collaboration**
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and relevant internal teams.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving processes and customer experience.
- Share customer feedback with appropriate stakeholders to enhance service offerings.

5. **Time Management**
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Set and manage timelines for deliverables to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
- Balance workload to accommodate peak periods while maintaining high-quality service.

### Requirements

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 4 years of relevant experience in account management or customer support, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- **Personality Traits:** Strong resilience and motivation to overcome challenges and meet targets.
- **Soft Skills:**
- *Time Management*: Ability to prioritize tasks and implement effective time management strategies.
- *Research Skills*: Proficiency in conducting research to gather relevant information and analyze data effectively.
- **Technical Skills:** Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
