**Job Description:**

Humble Sustainability is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Account Support Associate** to join our growing team in Davao City, Davao. This part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to begin their career in account management and customer support within the sustainability sector. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication and Support:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and efficient support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist clients with account-related inquiries, including billing, product information, and account setup.

2. **Data Management and Reporting:**
- Manage client account records and maintain accurate data within the company's CRM system.
- Generate reports on client interaction and account statuses for management review.
- Track and monitor account activity to ensure fulfillment of client needs and identify potential upselling opportunities.

3. **Collaboration and Team Support:**
- Work closely with the account management team to address client needs and collaborate on account strategy.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings and presentations as needed.

4. **Creative Problem-Solving:**
- Identify client challenges and provide innovative solutions or escalate as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and engagement.

5. **Administrative Duties:**
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Support marketing initiatives through outreach and engagement with potential clients.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, internships or volunteer work in customer service, communications, or sales will be advantageous.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with basic CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn new technology and tools.
