### Job Description

First Circle is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Account Support Associate** to join our dynamic team in Davao City. As an essential member of our account management team, you will play a vital role in providing exemplary support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. This part-time position is ideal for a driven professional eager to take ownership of their responsibilities in a collaborative workplace atmosphere.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Relationship Management**: Act as the first point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- **Account Coordination**: Support account managers in the coordination and execution of service delivery. Assist in managing client accounts by ensuring all details are updated and accurate within our systems.

- **Data Analysis**: Analyze client data and interactions to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Utilize analytical skills to generate insightful reports that drive informed decision-making.

- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve client issues or concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective solutions are provided.

- **Negotiation Support**: Assist the account management team with negotiations related to contracts, pricing, or services, enhancing the client's overall experience while meeting company objectives.

- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of client communications, feedback, and follow-ups. Regularly update tracking systems and prepare reports on client engagements and status updates.

- **Continuous Improvement**: Gather client feedback and contribute ideas for process improvements and service enhancements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

### Requirements

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in account management, customer service, or related fields.

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Soft Skills**:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is advantageous.

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Filipino is a plus.

- **Adaptability**: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
