### **Job Description:**

Pushkart.ph is actively seeking a motivated and independent Account Support Assistant to join our dynamic team remotely. As a part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management activities, helping to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and support requests via email and chat systems.
- Ensure effective and timely communication with clients regarding their accounts, inquiries, and issues.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with essential information to get started.

2. **Account Management:**
- Support the account management team in monitoring and maintaining client accounts.
- Help in data entry, updates, and management of client information in the CRM system.
- Assist in tracking client satisfaction and feedback to enhance service delivery.

3. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain organized records of client communications, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare and distribute reports summarizing account status, performance metrics, and client feedback.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documents as needed.

4. **Process Improvement:**
- Collaborate with the account management team to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing client relationships and streamlining processes.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorm innovative approaches to improve account support.

5. **Data Analysis:**
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to client accounts to help inform strategic decisions.
- Help prepare presentations and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.

### **Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a degree or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience is required; however, a passion for customer service and eagerness to learn is essential.

- **Independent:** Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- **Motivated:** Strong drive to succeed and take initiative in learning new skills and tasks.
