**Job Description**
Smart Communications is seeking a passionate and motivated Account Support Assistant to join our team remotely. As a member of our Account Management team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients, assisting them in navigating our systems and ensuring they receive the best possible service. This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer service and account management within a dynamic and innovative environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- **Account Management Support:** Assist Account Managers in preparing account documentation, reports, and presentations to support client meetings.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify issues faced by clients and work collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Administrative Support:** Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records to ensure all information is up to date.
- **Process Improvement:** Contribute ideas for developing and refining support processes, enhancing the overall client experience.
- **Communication:** Relay client feedback and suggestions to the management team, fostering a culture of communication and continuous improvement.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
- **Engagement:** Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve service delivery.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the account management field is essential.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Passionate:** A genuine enthusiasm for supporting clients and contributing to their success.
- **Motivated:** Self-starter with a desire to excel and take ownership of tasks.
- **Soft Skills:**

- **Leadership:** Demonstrated potential to take initiative and lead projects or tasks with minimal supervision.
- **Technical Skills:** Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
