JOB SUMMARY:
- Ensure achievement of targeted Sales, Revenue and profit from diverse array of products/services offering by effective prospecting and account management within a targeted group of accounts within one or more industry segments, where products/service offerings are positioned uniquely for competitive advantage.
- Lead the creation of proposal/recommendation, negotiation and implementation of the Proposed Solution
- Ensure promotion/achievement of brand loyalty and sound prospects for repeat business.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, strategically position, and penetrate accounts through effective use of market and in-house intelligence, relationship development, and an informed understanding of the prospective client's marketplace positioning, operations, and document processing/management capabilities and requirements for competitive advantage
- Develop Sales & Account approach strategy, that link assessments credibly and incisively where specialized needs are concerned with own strategically and technologically unique solutions
- Ensure regular update of Sales Funnel and System as Account Management Tool to build prospective KEY account information, monitor and review generation and progress of sound prospects and repeat and extended business.
- Feedback to and support other Account Managers and Marketing as required, both to optimize client solutions and maximize market impact and demand.
- Keep updated with industry and competitive information, business acumen and technical competencies in a designated field), through active involvement in and sharing of knowledge acquired through relevant seminars, market/ R&D reviews and other sources of learning - promoting both internally and in the marketplace a clear understanding of capabilities and positioning where innovative technologies, and business solutions are concerned.
- Lead and work with the support team (Software and Hardware) in developing and negotiating customized specifications based on the technology, 3rd party software packages and other locally-source packages that would meet client specification.
- Promote total satisfaction, brand loyalty, and service delight, through diligent account management and follow through, co-ordinating where applicable other support services required.
- Ensure at all times through conduct consistent within requirements for the highest possible standards of business professionalism and ethical practice, that the Company's reputation for quality, reliability and innovative effectiveness is enhanced.
