Account Specialist

Qualifications:
• Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English
• Must have 1 to 3 years as Account Specialist
• Preferably with knowledge in PEZA application
• Provide accurate and on time quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing / contract pricing / special pricing)
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service Supervisor of any problems that may arise.
• Order entry and change order / schedule management
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are complete and quality standards are met.
• Provide two-way communication between client and team, to promote strong team representation.
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Other related administrative and customer service duties as required
• Process expedite requests with the planning team
