Qualifications: Must be proficient in speaking and writing in EnglishMust have 1 to 3 years as Account SpecialistPreferably with knowledge in PEZA applicationProvide accurate and on time quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing / contract pricing / special pricing)Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service Supervisor of any problems that may arise.Order entry and change order / schedule managementEnsures that all processes and procedures are complete and quality standards are met.Provide two-way communication between client and team, to promote strong team representation.Provide outstanding customer serviceOther related administrative and customer service duties as requiredProcess expedite requests with the planning team
