Account Point of Contact directs and controls to ensure the account meets- up with the targets and performs duties according to the laid down instructions and guidelines. He/She ensures that the employees under the staffing/leasing clients would adhere not only to the Company Standards but specifically to the account policies and procedures duly agreed by the account and AmeeraTel. He/she shall also directly manage the AmeeraTel Accounts as an operations supervisor.
In charge of responding emails with clients' concerns
Serve as point of contact between seat leasing clients and AmeeraTel management
Receive seat leasing client's complaints and help out in providing resolutions to the concerns
Provides regular updates or reports for each seat leasing account to Operations Manager (or ManCom if needed) and seeks new ideas and strategies to improve seat leasing service
In charge of monitoring seat plan/floor plan including but not limited to every incoming and outgoing client
Monitor tickets submitted by seat leasing clients and follow up with other departments if needed
Facilitate client's ramp-up/down seats request or equipment and secure management's approval
Maintain safekeeping of all seat leasing clients' lease agreements and responsible for updating client contract renewal or creating draft agreements for new clients
Responsible for sending advisory or notifications to all seat leasing clients
Answer or assist requests or concerns from other departments that involved our seat leasing service
Responsible for collaborating with clients on internal department issues.
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication or other related courses
At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a call center setting or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet deadlines
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft products
Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives
Good interpersonal and management skills
Full-time position and can work in a shifting schedule
