Account Specialist

An Account Specialist is responsible for the sales and distribution of both imported and locally sourced seafood products. Primary focus will be on selling to specific channels, which may include restaurants, distributors, or a combination thereof, as assigned by management. Building and nurturing strong, enduring relationships with clients in these channels will be paramount to your success in this role.

· Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned channels.Cultivate and expand existing client accounts through exceptional customer service and support.Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients within your designated channels.Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to align with company objectives and client needs.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolution of customer inquiries or concerns.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic sales efforts.Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review and decision-making.
